Inventory ledger

Sales and realized profit

Mark any inventory item as Sold, enter sale price, fees, and shipping, and the dashboard will compute your net profit.

Sourcing watchlist

Track eBay auctions, Marketplace finds, estate sales, comics, equipment, electronics, sealed products and other opportunities. Recommended max bids are estimates, not live comps.

Prospect & hot-item radar

Manually track athletes, trending sets, product categories, news catalysts, and card demand. Automatic scouting and market-data connections will follow.

Photo intake

Take pictures with your phone, select local files, or choose photos from your Google Photos library. Import images into a bulk review queue. Pair front/back photos, add sold comps, and save multiple inventory items at once.

To use Google Photos, go to Settings and enter the OAuth Client ID (never the Client Secret). Select photos explicitly from Google.

Smart bulk intake

Import pictures, attach backs to fronts, edit rows together, and save one record per item. AI identification uses the configured Gemini model when the secure backend is configured; every suggestion must be reviewed.

Front + back = one item: select the two photo checkboxes below, click Pair 2 selected photos, then click AI identify photos on the resulting item. Only one inventory record will be saved.
Start by selecting your inventory photos above. Imported photos will appear here for pairing and bulk entry.

Your selected photos become resized images in an unsaved review queue in this browser only. Tokens are held in memory during selection, not saved. Google Photos import and AI recognition are optional services; all AI suggestions require your review. Inventory is stored only in this browser and does not sync between devices.

◈ FlipSift Deal Analyzer

Scan a card before buying it. Inspect genuine sold comps, set your own percentage of the median, and calculate a maximum offer after fees and expenses. Nothing here is added to inventory automatically.

v4.5 · Mobile quick-buy beta

1 · Scan and verify the card

Front of cardCard front
Back of card (optional)Card back

Choose one or two photos. Front and back are analyzed as one card.

Ready to identify when photographs are selected.

2 · Find and confirm completed sales

Search terms are editable. Sales from a different year, set, parallel, serial tier or grade must NOT be counted as exact. Accepted Best Offers with unknown paid amounts are excluded. Verify seller listing photos yourself.

Search for sold comps after identifying the card or entering its details.

You can paste genuine exact sales here. Entries are buyer-approved evidence, not AI-generated prices. Source-linked samples are required for a buying verdict.

3 · Your buying strategy

4 · Seller asking price and negotiation

Verify exact sales to see calculations.

5 · Lot / bulk offer sheet

Add individually scanned cards to evaluate a collection offer. Items without sufficient verified comps are identified separately.

Deal settings are stored in this browser; lot sheet entries are included in your full JSON backup. The tool does not currently split multiple different cards from one photo. Planned later: automatically allocate inbound shipping and other acquisition charges across purchased lot items; track outbound order shipping separately to avoid double counting.

Sold comps & valuation desk

Enter real completed-sale prices with dates and source links. Comparisons need to match card, grade, parallel, and condition. Asking prices are never sold comps.

The high-median is the median of the upper half of entered sold prices. Suggested maximum buy = minimum of median ÷ 2.2 and the price needed for an estimated 80% net return, after configured fees and shipping. Prices are added only when you approve individually linked completed sales; any external feed must be configured.

Data & integration settings

Inventory records persist in this browser only; optional AI and sold-comp searches use the secured Cloudflare backend. The app does not yet have a cloud database, customer authentication, multi-device sync, or eBay OAuth. Live third-party sold-comp searches are in beta. Google Photos import uses your permission for selected images; it does not automatically sync albums.

Google Photos Picker (beta)

Copy the Client ID for your Google Cloud web OAuth client. A Client ID is a public identifier, unlike a Client Secret. We never need your secret, and it must not be inserted into this page.

Make sure https://alpharetta-card-vault.pages.dev is in Authorized JavaScript origins. Photos are selected each time; existing albums are not continuously synchronized.

AI identification & sold comps (secure beta)

A separate Cloudflare backend holds provider API keys. Never enter provider API keys into this page or share them in chat. This access PIN is stored only for this browser tab; it is not your Google password or eBay password.

AI and sold-comps data providers are not connected until configured in your Cloudflare project.

The identification service receives only photos you explicitly analyze. Comp searches send only your keyword to a separate data provider. API results require your approval; accepted-offer amounts can be upper bounds, not confirmed paid amounts.

For production: secure login, hosted database, object photo storage, eBay API OAuth, scheduled sync, permissioned photo ingestion, and server-side AI recognition.

Add inventory item

Available after saving a new item.

Record completed sales (sold comps)

Enter only actual completed sales for the same item / parallel / grade. Format: one per line price | YYYY-MM-DD | source URL or label. Dates and source URLs make the evidence auditable. Active listing prices do not belong here.

Find completed sales (live beta)

Independent market-data search, not your eBay seller account. Exact-match review is mandatory: manufacturer, set, year, number, parallel, grade and condition. Best Offer sales may hide the actual accepted price.

No search performed.
Similar sales are saved separately and never counted toward exact-match medians.
